ACM LIFTING LIVES GALA
On April 17, ACM Lifting Lives, the Academy of Country Music’s philanthropic arm, will present its first-ever fundraising gala, hosted by country music luminaries Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, at the Omni Dallas Hotel. Nancy O’Dell and Montel Williams will co-host the evening, which will kick off with a cocktail reception, followed by a dinner, live auction and a stellar line-up of performances by country music’s most celebrated artists.
The evening will include a combination of previously announced artists including Hunter Hayes, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, and The Band Perry with special surprise guests all at one location.
Additionally, the live auction will include VIP awards show & concert experiences, one-of-a-kind items, and will exclusively feature Garth Brooks’ original red Chevy Truck he drove to Nashville before he began his legendary music career, which will also be on-display. For additional information on the auction items and to submit bids in advance, please visit http://www.acmliftinglives.org/auction.html or e-mail acmauction@encorelive.com.
Proceeds from the gala will benefit ACM Lifting Lives and Garth Brooks’ charity, Teammates for Kids – specifically the Child Life Zones in Children’s Health of Dallas and Cook Children’s of Fort Worth.
The ACM Lifting Lives Benefit Gala is generously presented by Mattress Firm.
